In this area you manage the ownership of your vehicles. The area is directly connected to the current vehicle. If you change the vehicle, the information in this area also changes. Use the Vehicle Bar to change the vehicle. Or select a vehicle and then switch to this area.
A vehicle can basically be bought, leased or borrowed. You change the corresponding selection using the switches at the top of the module. The labels and editable fields change accordingly in the module. Fill in the fields according to their purpose. Different People can be stored for each entry. Clicking the icon in front of the person's name opens the Contact module and lets you jump to that person. A Document can be stored for each data record. If you want to store more than one document, you can do so in the Document module or the software MY-Document. You save the information with the switch at the top right in the module. There you can also cancel the entry with Cancel.
Costs and dates
In the middle column of the module you will find information on the date of the next installment (leasing, rent) and the corresponding amount. You can transfer the date to the Calendar via the menu bar and will then be reminded of the date when it is due. The amount can be transferred to the Cashbook after the due date. Information such as date, vehicle or cost center are also transmitted. In an upcoming update we will offer the possibility to set these two options as a recurring action on certain dates.
Change of status
The status of a vehicle can change. For example, a leased vehicle is taken over after the leasing period. In this case, change the status of the vehicle. The leasing information is retained and saved. In addition, you can now edit the property information.
Status table
At the bottom of the module you will find the status table. In this table you can record all changes to the conditions of the vehicle. The table consists of the fields: date, process and comment. You edit the information directly in the table and save it with the button to the right of the table. Here are some examples of how this table should be understood.
