Familiarize yourself with the software in peace. The software has many special features that make working much easier. These wiki pages bring you closer to these functions. Here are some first steps and tips for a quick start.

  • First, create a vehicle. Almost all modules require at least one active vehicle. The only mandatory field is the "License plate" field. Click in the field and enter a license plate. Confirm the entry. The first vehicle is now set up.
  • Use the Template Fields in all modules. In most modules you will find the possibility to plant directly in front of the field. In the modules Contact and Vehicle you will find all template fields in the menu bar. Once created, templates are always available. Some templates such as "cost center" are even available globally and in all modules according to the requirements.
  • You can reach all modules either via the menu bar or via the switches on the left.
  • The next step is to create people. To do this, go to the module Contact. There are no mandatory fields here. We recommend filling in at least the fields Title, First Name, Last Name and Mail. Now assign connections to these people. Each person can have any number of connections. A person connected as a "driver" is offered for selection in all modules in the driver field. You can find out more about the connections at Contact
  • You can now create data records in any module. The help switch in a module always leads you directly to the help of this module.
  • In order to be able to use the borrow module, you must designate at least one vehicle for the pool vehicle. You do this via the menu bar. Status -> Vehicle pool -> set.
  • If the software is used by several people at the same time, place the database in a central location. You can change all paths in the Settings. Also read the topic Server
  • If you want to work with users and roles, you can activate them via Settings -> User. Be sure to read the help on the topic first. We recommend testing the software first without a user.
  • In the Protocol you will find various information and reports. When new information is available, small symbols appear at the bottom right of the software. You open and close the console via the menu bar Help -> Console or by pressing the F11 key.
  • Each module has special functions. If you enter an amount in the dues area, the field is displayed in red. This means: The amount was not transferred to the cash book. When this is done, the field turns green. The same applies to all amount fields. Many date fields also use the font color to show whether the date was transferred to the Calendar.

These are some first steps and tips. We will continuously expand and renew this wiki help. You will also find here shortly courses. Courses are special wiki pages that do not explain a specific module, but, for example, the concept and the optimal use of the mail system. Test the software as you like. This wiki help also has a FAQ section which we are also constantly adding.
