(HelpVersion: 1.00) cxm-Studio -> Blood pressure

Wings myth dev care.png

This module is included in cxm-Blood pressure and cxm-Studio
The information relates to the active person. The active person is in the menu bar at the top. You can change the active person using the quick switches in the menu bar or using the Individual module. If you have not activated the "cxmPerson" pay option, you cannot change the person. In this case, only information on one Person can be saved.
We have created information on entering the data under the topic data control. In the module you will find a data area and a table. In addition to the possibility of sorting, the table also contains the option of data filtering. These filters result from the specifications of DropDown template. For general handling of the table and the data control read the corresponding sections.

Information

Screenshot:Blood pressure

The module records and evaluates blood pressure information. Most of the information is optional. However, this makes it easier for you to evaluate the data. Only the Date fields and the details of the systolic and diastolic blood pressure are required. So that you do not have to enter the optional information each time, you can define a data record as Template.
In addition to entering the time, you also have the field: Time of day. Like posture and measurement position, these are DropDown fields. Here you can enter information such as "morning" or "evening". This simplifies evaluation, sorting and the report. The measuring point means the starting point "right arm up". In the posture field you can edit information such as "sitting" or "standing". Since both the posture and the measurement position can have an effect, you have the option of inserting these inputs into every measurement
After entering the data, two evaluations are carried out. The systolic and diastolic values are checked and given to you as a flag and text. The flags stand for: All values ok (green), values slightly increased [hypertension grade 1] (blue), values increased [hypertension grade 2] (yellow) and values greatly increased [hypertension grade 3] (red). Arrows also appear below the values. These arrows indicate the tendency to the last measurement and show whether the values have increased or decreased. Please note: If you forget an entry and edit it later, the tendency no longer relates to the correct measurement. In this case, go to the data record and select Functions -> Renew from the menu bar. The trend is now recalculated and displayed.

Functions

  • Settings The WHO values were used as the limit values for hypertension. You can also define them yourself. Enter other limits in the settings. After the field weight you will find the unit. This depends on the country settings. Change the culture in the settings, for example to enter pounds instead of kilograms.
  • Evaluation: In addition to sorting the table, a quick evaluation is available.
  • Statistics: You can display graphical statistics. The systolic and diastolic values are shown in a line graphic. This function is a pay option. The statistics can be saved and printed.
  • Report Here you can carry out detailed evaluations. Create any queries and parameters. The result can be printed and exported. Both statistics and reports are activated via the Pay option cxmReport. For example, you can export or print the measurements from the last week and present them to the doctor. You will soon be able to send these values by email.

Messages

(Not implemented yet. Coming soon with an update)
You have the option of depositing a contact person at Settings. (Doctor, nursing service, acquaintance) A parameter (example: "hypertension grade 1"). If a measurement exceeds the parameters, the information is automatically sent to the person on file as an email. The mailing is a pay option.
